Aker Solutions appoints executive vice president

Dolve succeeds Paal Eikeseth, who has taken on the role of President & CEO of Aker Solutions.

Dolve joins Aker Solutions from Aker BP where she most recently served as Senior Vice President for the Alvheim area, having previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Operations and Field Development.

As an experienced operational leader, Dolve brings deep expertise in offshore operations, field development and performance improvement. Throughout her career, she has led large operational organisations, driven transformation programmes and played a key role in developing next-generation operating models.

"I am confident that Ine will play a key role in building an even more competitive and technology-enabled Life Cycle business through digitalisation, standardisation and new ways of working," said Paal Eikeseth, Chief Executive Officer at Aker Solutions.

With a background in management consulting at PwC, Dolve has advised clients on finance, change management and digital transformation. She also has nine years of leadership experience from the Norwegian Naval Forces, including international assignments with both the United Nations and NATO.

Dolve is educated at the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and holds a master's degree in Finance and International Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Bergen and Esade Business School in Barcelona.

She will assume her new role on October 12, 2026.
