Aker Solutions awarded engineering and integrity contract by bp

Aker Solutions will provide engineering, integrity management, project support and operational services. 

The new agreement expands the company’s existing support for bp’s west of Shetland assets to also include central North Sea assets.

The contract will be managed by Aker Solutions' Life Cycle segment from its facilities in Aberdeen, Scotland,  and is expected to support approximately 50 positions. The agreement has an initial duration of three years, with two optional one-year extensions.
